Using virgin tank/furnace process carbon black with a particle size ≤25nm, we ensure the carbon black forms a dense protective layer within the pipe, achieving highly efficient UV blocking and outdoor weather resistance and anti-aging properties.

The carrier resin uses brand-new HDPE/LLDPE virgin raw materials, fundamentally guaranteeing melt compatibility with PE100 and PE80 pipe substrates and avoiding delamination defects.

Based on this complete set of technical specifications, our water supply pipe-specific black masterbatch undergoes carbon black dispersion testing and moisture control before leaving the factory.

This ensures that during actual processing, whether using single-screw or twin-screw extrusion, it can achieve synchronous plasticization with the substrate, effectively avoiding surface defects such as "sharkskin" or "crystal points" on the pipe surface.
