Product Description
Using a unique process, in which carbon black is pre-dispersed and then plasticized with the base resin. It is widely used in blown film, fiber/yarn drawing, and injection molding applications.
Suitable for PP materials. Features include low addition rate, high blackness, high gloss, high temperature resistance, excellent dispersibility and coloring power, while maintaining the original physical properties of the plastic products.
Features
● Good heat resistance and stability
● High coloring power, low addition rate
● Minimal effect on material properties
● High carbon black concentration with superior dispersion
Applications
● Injection molding (high-gloss mirror-effect ultra blue-black)
● Fiber/yarn drawing (tape stretching)
● Blowing film (PP only)
