Product Description
Using a unique process, in which carbon black is pre-dispersed and then plasticized with the base resin. It is widely used in thin-wall injection molding and blown film applications.
Suitable for PP materials. Features include low addition rate, high blackness, high gloss, high temperature resistance, excellent dispersibility and coloring power, while having minimal impact on the physical properties of the final products.
Features
● Good heat resistance and stability
● High coloring power, low addition rate
● Minimal effect on material properties
● High carbon black concentration with superior dispersion
Applications
● Thin-wall injection molding (food containers/takeout boxes)
● Blowing film (packaging bags)
