Product Description
Using a unique process, in which carbon black is pre-dispersed and then plasticized and internal-mixed with the base resin. It is widely used in high-gloss injection molding, engineering plastics coloring, and extrusion applications.
Suitable materials include PP, PE, PC/ABS, PP+GF, PA+GF, ABS, and others. Features include low addition rate, high blackness, high gloss, high temperature resistance, excellent dispersibility and coloring power, while having minimal impact on the physical properties of the final products.
Features
● Good heat resistance and stability
● High coloring power, low addition rate
● Minimal effect on material properties
● High carbon black concentration with superior dispersion
Applications
● Compounding/modification (flame-retardant series, etc.)
● Injection molding (ABS, PC, AS, PC/ABS)
● Sheet/Profile extrusion
