Product Description
Using a unique process, carbon black is pre-dispersed and then plasticized and internally mixed with the base resin. Widely used in injection-molded lunch boxes and foaming applications.
Suitable for PS substrates. Features low dosage, high blackness, high gloss, heat resistance, excellent dispersibility and coloring power, with minimal impact on the final material properties.
Features
● Good heat resistance and stability
● High coloring power, low addition rate
● Minimal effect on material properties
● High carbon black concentration with superior dispersion
Applications
● Injection molding
● PS foam extrusion
